MOOYI Attends SIAL Shanghai 2026 to Expand Overseas Supply Chain Cooperation

SIAL Shanghai 2026 was successfully held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre from May 18th to 20th, 2026. A delegation led by Mr. Ou Yang, Executive Director of MOOYI INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED (“MOOYI”), attended the exhibition, including Ms. Lareina Lin (International Business Department), Ms. Sandy Wu (Procurement Specialist), Ms. Catherien Zhang (Operations Manager), and sales representatives Mr. Damon Zhang and Mr. Zayn Li. The team seized the opportunity for industry exchanges, connected with partners, and discussed business cooperation.

As a highly influential food ingredients trading and exchange platform in China, the exhibition gathered professionals across the global food industry chain, bringing together top suppliers and merchants worldwide to build an efficient bridge for communication and cooperation.

During the exhibition, the MOOYI team visited booths of major Brazilian meat suppliers  and held face-to-face negotiations with representatives from SIF 177, 889, 112, 1925, 4490 and JBS. Both parties had in-depth discussions on key topics including product quality standards, supply supporting systems, and long-term cooperation models, steadily expanding supply channels in South America.

In the discussions, all sides analyzed the impact of market trends on the Hong Kong market, incorporating the latest industry updates on the 200-day tariff-free policy between USA and Brazil. They exchanged insights on industry development and outlined plans for future business layout.

Meanwhile, the team conducted in-depth business talks with Miramar Foods, focusing on meat slaughtering and processing techniques and production control standards. The two sides aligned on quality control requirements and explored opportunities for industrial synergy.

This participation has further enriched MOOYI’s portfolio of overseas cooperation resources, strengthened ties with upstream and downstream partners, and enhanced consensus for collaboration. Going forward, MOOYI will leverage the outcomes of this exhibition to continuously improve its global supply network, advance regional market operations, deepen strategic partnerships, optimize its operational system, and pursue steady and sound development.
