Part of Harvest Road, we are building a world class cattle feeding facility, 140km north of Perth, which will give us Western Australia’s first vertically integrated beef supply chain.

Since 1919 Harvey Beef has fostered long lasting relationships with Western Australia’s best beef producers.

From the pristine and rugged Kimberley and Pilbara regions where the cattle feed on the natural grasses of the rangelands, to the green grass pastures of the Great Southern and South Western regions, Harvey Beef and our producers place the highest priority on animal welfare and food safety. We have MSA programs suitable for domestic and international markets.

The world class National Livestock Identification Scheme (NLIS) facilitates complete traceability within the Harvey Beef supply chain. Harvey Beef works closely with our overseas and local customers to ensure our cattle meet required specifications.

Harvey Beef puts the highest priority on animal welfare, with innovative practices ensuring all animals in our care are looked after humanely.

QUALITY CONTROL

Harvey Beef continually reviews its strict quality assurance and HACCP program – from livestock acquisition through to final product delivery – helping us achieve excellence in export and domestic beef processing.

Harvey Beef is subject to inspection and monitoring of product, processes, plant and equipment by its own departmental supervisors and quality assurance staff. This process is regularly reviewed by DAWE – Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment, AUS-MEAT and other regulatory bodies.

In addition to maintaining an AUS-MEAT A+ accredited rating, Harvey Beef is independently certified by numerous private operators specialising in the retail and food service sector.
